Welcome to NiSO! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, niso.ua ("Website"), and the purchase of products from NiSO. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place orders. 1. General Provisions
- Eligibility: The Website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Product Information and Orders
- Product Availability: All products listed on niso.ua are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
- Pricing: Prices are displayed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) for Ukrainian customers and in Euros (EUR) for international customers, as applicable. Prices exclude shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties, which are detailed at checkout.
- Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. NiSO reserves the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion, including for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. You will be notified via email or Instagram if an order is declined.
- Errors: We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, errors may occur. If a product is listed with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund or offer the correct details for your approval.
3. Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment partner, "plata by mono." For Ukrainian customers, a "Pay in Installments" option is available at checkout, subject to the payment provider’s terms.
- Cash on Delivery (Ukraine Only): Orders in Ukraine may be paid upon receipt via Nova Poshta’s cash-on-delivery service, with an additional fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the order value.
- Payment Security: All transactions are processed securely. NiSO does not store your payment information beyond what is necessary to process your order.
- Currency: Payments are processed in UAH for Ukrainian orders and EUR for international orders, unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Terms: Shipping details, including costs and estimated delivery times, are outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. NiSO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes.
- Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier for international orders or upon receipt for Ukrainian orders.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping costs.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Policy: Our Return and Refund Policy, available on niso.ua, governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges. By placing an order, you agree to abide by its terms.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@niso.ua for a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: All content on niso.ua, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of NiSO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
- User Content: If you submit content (e.g., reviews or images) to the Website or our social media (@niso_ee), you grant NiSO a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes.

NiSO is not liable for delays or failures to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or technical failures.
