Payment

- Payment Methods:
We accept all payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna and many others, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your banking information.

Order Processing

- Processing Times:

  - Orders placed Monday to Friday before 18:00 (Kyiv time) are processed on the same business day.

  - Orders placed after 18:00 are processed the next business day.

  - Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday or during weekends are processed the following Monday.

- Processing Delays: Most orders are processed within one business day. In the rare case of technical issues, we will notify you of any delays via email phone number.

International Delivery

  - We ship to Europe, USA, UK and UAE with a flat delivery fee of 30 EUR per order.
     Free Shipping on orders over 300 EUR.

  - Delivery usually takes 10-14 days. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs clearance procedures.

  - International shipping costs do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return process.

Eligibility:

  - Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  - Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order.

Process:

  - Contact us at shop@niso.ua to coordinate your return or exchange.

  - We use Nova Poshta “Easy Return” service in their mobile app for free return shipping.

  - For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  - Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  - Original shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

  - For international orders, any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  - Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit at your discretion.

- Defective or Incorrect Items:

  - If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label (where applicable) and cover all associated costs for replacement or refund.

International Shipping Policies

Customs and Duties:

  - International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the order or shipping total.

  - NiSO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, nor can we predict or control additional fees.

Refusal of Delivery:

  - If you refuse delivery of an international order, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, and return shipping costs incurred. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking:

  - All international orders include tracking information, provided via email once the order ships. Contact us if you encounter issues with tracking.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation:

  - You may cancel your order before it is processed by contacting us at shop@niso.ua.

  - If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be treated as a return, subject to the terms above.

Refunds for Cancellations:

  - Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
