What is Cashmere
Cashmere is the finest undercoat of high-altitude goats from the Himalayas and Kashmir. In harsh climates, they grow an exceptionally soft fiber that forms the basis of one of the world’s most luxurious materials.

How it is Made
Each spring, during molting, the goats’ undercoat is hand-combed. A single goat produces only up to 150 g of fiber per year, which after selection and refinement becomes light, warm yarn. This rarity and craftsmanship make cashmere highly valuable.

After knitting, each garment goes through two delicate wash cycles to remove any natural wax residues from the yarn. It is then hot- and cold-dried, allowing the fibers to open up, making the piece incredibly soft and gentle. The final stage — steam finishing — gives the garment its flawless shape and premium appearance.
